The Juliedoo Method
This is not a framework borrowed from a textbook. It is a process built from real engagements — refined over years of going into complex projects and establishing what was really happening.
Why Process Matters
The Juliedoo method provides a structured approach to review, analysis and decision support. Each stage is designed to support a careful, evidence-informed engagement.
01
Mutual NDA
Before anything is shared, everything is protected.
Confidentiality arrangements, including any non-disclosure agreement, are considered and agreed for each engagement before sensitive project information is shared. Information handling is subject to the engagement terms and applicable law.
What you receive
A signed mutual NDA. A secure engagement reference number. Confirmation of your dedicated rescue team.
Timeline
24–48 hours
02
Secure Client Portal
Everything in one place. Nothing leaving without your authorisation.
Once the NDA is signed, you receive access to a private, access-controlled client portal. You upload your project documents — reports, contracts, communications, plans, budgets, risk registers, meeting notes, anything relevant. Nothing is shared without your explicit authorisation.
What you receive
Secure client portal access. Upload instructions. A document checklist to ensure we have everything we need.
Timeline
2–5 days (your upload timeline)
03
Document Analysis
Every document. Every signal. Structured and thorough.
We analyse every document in the client portal. We identify patterns, anomalies, contradictions, and risk signals across the full document set. We cross-reference timelines and flag inconsistencies between what was reported and what was actually happening. This surfaces the questions that need to be asked in the Expert Review.
What you receive
A structured findings report identifying the key signals, anomalies, and risk patterns across your project documents — prioritised by relevance and severity.
Timeline
1–3 weeks (depending on document volume)
04
Expert Review
The people who hold the real picture. Found and heard.
Our senior rescue specialists go in. Armed with the Document Analysis findings, they know exactly where to look and who to speak to. They conduct structured interviews with the people who hold the real picture — the project team, the suppliers, the stakeholders, the people who know what is actually happening but have not been asked directly. They verify what the analysis found. They find what the documents could not show. They build the complete picture.
What you receive
Interview access to the people who matter. A verified, evidence-based picture of what is really happening on your project.
Timeline
1–3 weeks (depending on project complexity)
05
Recovery Plan
Clear. Actionable. Delivered directly to you.
The Recovery Plan may set out findings, risk considerations, options and recommended actions based on the information reviewed within the agreed scope. It is an advisory deliverable and does not guarantee a project outcome. Delivery arrangements are set out in the engagement terms.
What you receive
The Recovery Plan. A written document delivered securely to the executive who commissioned it, subject to the engagement terms.
Timeline
Timing is agreed for each engagement and depends on scope, access and review requirements
Juliedoo Language
We use clear, practical language rather than generic consulting jargon. Our terms are chosen to make the situation, decisions, and next steps easy to understand.
Health Score
Your project's health rating: Stable, At Risk, or Intervention Required. Clear. Honest. Immediate.
Risk Level
How deep the rescue needs to go. Level 1 is a check. Level 5 is a full intervention with ongoing monitoring.
Recovery Plan
The specific, actionable steps needed to fix your project. Not a strategy. A plan.
Rescue Journey
The structured process from written contact through the agreed stages of an engagement.
Risk Index
A structured view of project conditions and available options, based on the information reviewed within the agreed scope.
Document Analysis
Our structured document review process. Every file in your client portal, analysed for patterns, anomalies, and risk signals.
If you need an additional project perspective, begin with written contact so the appropriate scope can be considered.
