The Diagnosis
A precise statement of what is actually happening in the project — based on the evidence gathered during the engagement. Not what the status reports say. Not what the project manager believes. What the documents, the interviews, and the independent analysis reveal.

Root Cause Analysis
Most project interventions address symptoms. The Rescue Plan™ addresses causes. The root cause analysis identifies the underlying dynamic — the decision, the relationship, the governance gap, the contractual arrangement — that is producing the symptoms. Without this, any intervention is temporary.

Understanding of the structural dynamics in the project — not just what the surface picture looks like.
The Risk Map
Every complex project carries multiple risks — some visible, some not yet surfaced. The risk map identifies all of them, assesses their likelihood and impact, and prioritises them by urgency. Delivery
Reporting arrangements agreed for the engagement.
The intended recipient and permitted distribution of the Rescue Plan™ are specified in the engagement terms. Juliedoo handles findings in accordance with those terms, applicable law and any agreed confidentiality arrangements.
You determine who receives the findings. Juliedoo does not distribute the Rescue Plan™ independently.
