By accessing this website and engaging with our strategic tools, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. No Professional Engagement
Accessing this website or submitting an inquiry does not establish a professional relationship. A formal engagement is only established once a specific Statement of Work (SOW) is signed by both parties and the initial retainer is received.

2. Payment Terms (The 100% Rule)
Juliedoo LLC operates exclusively on a 100% Upfront Retainer basis for all Diagnostic Audits and Strategic Interventions. No work, data analysis, or site visits will commence until the full fee has cleared our corporate account. All fees are non-refundable once the diagnostic phase has begun.

3. Nature of Services
Juliedoo LLC provides strategic auditing and forensic project oversight. We provide "Actionable Intelligence" and independent observations. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. The final responsibility for all business decisions remains solely with the Client’s leadership.

4. Confidentiality
We treat all project data as highly sensitive. However, the Client is responsible for ensuring that all data shared with Juliedoo LLC is authorized for disclosure.

5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Juliedoo LLC or its principal be liable for any indirect, consequential, or liquidated damages arising from the implementation of our audit findings. Our total liability is limited to the amount of the professional fee paid for the specific engagement.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
